COED MIDDLE SCHOOL ADVANCED RUNNER CAMP
Experienced middle school runners will join our current DePaul Prep runners for their summer conditioning. The camp is tailored to each individual runner and is meant to help develop the complete running experience from warm-up, to training run, to strength work to warm-down.
Please note that this camp is intended for advanced runners who are capable of training runs of 4-6 miles each day. Come experience our hard-working and fun-loving community of runners! SIgn up for one or both 3-week sessions.
