COED MIDDLE SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK & FIELD CAMP
Interested in experiencing the different aspects of Cross-Country and Track & Field? Over our 6 sessions, campers will experience everything needed to develop as a runner! Each day will begin with a dynamic warmup, before sampling the different types of training a sprinter, jumper, hurdler, mid-distance, and distance runner will experience. No two days will be the same! Race you there!
