- Mobility exercises for shoulders, hips, and legs
- Hitting Fundamentals
- Instruction: Proper stance, grip, and swing mechanics
Tee Work: Focus on hand-eye coordination and swing mechanics
- Front Toss: Coach underhand tosses for bat speed and consistency
Fielding: Infield Fundamentals
- Instruction: Proper footwork, positioning, and glove work
