Z'ERE Programs
Speed Developement: Grades 7th - 8th
Zionsville Speed Development will introduce student athletes to concepts, drills, and training that is designed to improve their linear speed. Athletes will participate in activities that will improve their maximum velocity, as well as acceleration. These activities will also introduce them to training concepts used at Zionsville High School and are core concepts that will benefit them in all sports.
