Bison Youth Day Camp

A fun but purposeful playing and learning environment for both boys and girls, aged 7-12. Details for this 4 day camp on the campus of Bucknell University:

1. Camp Director is Bucknell Head Men’s Coach Dave Brandt, a highly experienced and nationally respected clinician and teacher of the game
2. Camp staff will consist of local high school and college coaches, as well as local college players
3. An emphasis on teaching and expanding on basic skills in an intentionally positive, upbeat, high energy, and supportive environment
4. A modern and relevant curriculum that will include passing, first touch, turning, 1v1 skills, basic defending concepts, and understanding the dynamics of small group play-the ball, space, opponents, and teammates
5. An emphasis as well on basic values such as supporting teammates, dong one’s best vs having to be the best, and embracing effort and improvement
6. Teaching sessions are run by experienced and energetic “lead coaches” who produce an upbeat, purposeful, and real teaching/learning environment

*NOTE-campers bring their lunch to camp and spend the entire 9:30-3:00 span of time with us during the camp day.
