2026 EAGLE ELITE CAMP |
This overnight camp is open to experienced/varsity level girls who want a taste of what it is like to train like an Eagle. Sessions will include techniques and drills used by the Eagles and campers will experience a positive and highly competitive environment. Campers will be divided into groups based on skill level and enrollment is restricted by position.

LOCATION: Mitchell Hall Gymnasium – UW-La Crosse Campus
COACHES: Head Coach Deb Sazama, UWL Coaching Staff and student-athletes.
TENTATIVE CAMP SCHEDULE:
Saturday, July 25
8:15 am – 8:45 am | Overnight Campers Check-In at Eagle Hall
9:00 am – Commuter Campers Check-In at Mitchell Hall
9:15 am – 11:45 am | Training Session I | Positional training and evaluation
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm | Lunch (All Campers) and Informational Session (I.e., Q & A with UWL players, coaches, athletic staff, UWL Academic Advisor, athletic facilities tour)
1:45 pm – 4:00 pm | Training Session II | Positional training, small sided game play, evaluation
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm | Dinner (All Campers)
6:00 pm – 8:15 pm | Training Session III – Game Play and Evaluation
8:15 pm | Commuter Released (Mitchell Hall)
Sunday, July 26
8:30 am – 9:00 am | Commuter Check In (Mitchell Hall)
9:15 am – 11:45 am | Session IV (Positional training, tournament teams created, and game play)
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm | Lunch (provided for all campers) and Informational Session (I.e., Q & A with UWL players, coaches, athletic staff, UWL Academic Advisor, athletic facilities tour)
1:15 pm – 3:00 pm | Session V (Team Tournament - Family and friends are welcome to come and watch)
