Attack & Block
The VB TrainU Series – Attack & Block is intended for boys and girls entering grades 7-12. This series is designed to teach and develop both attacking and blocking in a highly focused session. The camp will be fast paced with lots of opportunities to learn and grow these skills. Campers will go through stations which are designed to maximize their repetitions and focus on developing the quality of these skills. We have a 1:7 coach to camper led by Utah Volleyball staff and current U of U Volleyball players. Camp is open to any and all and is only limited by age and capacity.

Check-in for camp will be on June 13th beginning at 8:30AM in the HPER Building at Crimson Court followed by camp starting at 9:00AM. Check-out will be June 13th at 11:30AM.
