Girls Youth Lacrosse Camp

Girls Lacrosse Youth Camp (Grades K–8) Our Girls Lacrosse Youth Camp is a fun, energetic, and skill-focused experience designed for players of all levels—from first-time stick holders to experienced athletes looking to sharpen their game. Led by our high school varsity coaching staff and players, this camp provides a positive and supportive environment where young athletes can learn, grow, and fall in love with the game of lacrosse. Campers will be grouped by age and experience to ensure instruction is both approachable and appropriately challenging. New players will be introduced to the fundamentals of lacrosse, including stick skills, movement, and basic game concepts, while returning players will build on their foundation with more advanced skills, position-specific instruction, and game-like scenarios. Each day will emphasize skill development, athletic movement, teamwork, and confidence—while keeping fun at the center of everything we do. Camp sessions will include drills, small-sided games, and creative activities that encourage learning through play and competition. Whether your athlete is trying lacrosse for the first time or preparing for the next level, this camp is a great opportunity to develop skills, make friends, and experience the excitement of the game.
