The Junior Gaels group is designed for players of multiple levels, supporting development from the recreational tennis player to the tournament competitor. Players are grouped by level and separated by courts to ensure appropriate instruction, pacing, and challenge for everyone. Recreational Players: This group focuses on building a strong foundation in tennis. Players work on: - Stroke production and technical fundamentals - Rallying skills and consistency - Introduction to point play and match concepts Instruction for this level utilizes orange, green, and yellow balls to support proper technique and confidence. Tournament Players: Players with tournament experience continue to refine: - Stroke production and technical development - Tactical decision-making and shot selection - Strategy through drill-based scenarios and structured point play This group also incorporates tennis-specific fitness drills to support competitive performance. By separating players by level while training within the same program, Junior Gaels creates a structured, engaging environment where every player can grow at the right pace. Location: Tim Korth Tennis Courts
