The GVSU Bottom Wrestling Camp is designed to help athletes score from the bottom position with confidence and urgency. Instruction focuses on escapes, reversals, and offensive opportunities through technical progression and live application.

Campers will train inside GVSU’s state-of-the-art athletic facilities and receive a guided tour of campus and wrestling-related spaces, providing a true collegiate training experience both on and off the mat.

Schedule:
- Check-In: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM (Day 1 only)
- Session 1: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (athletes provide their own lunch)
- Session 2: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Parents are welcomed to observe all sessions.
Open to any and all entrants; limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
