Chain wrestling and positional awareness
Instruction blends technical teaching, organized drilling, and controlled live wrestling to ensure skills transfer directly to competition.
Campers will train inside Grand Valley State University’s state-of-the-art athletic facilities and receive a guided tour of campus and wrestling-related spaces. Athletes will experience firsthand what it’s like to train and prepare in a collegiate environment.
