Battle Bots Club
Battle Bots Club: Grades 5th - 8th
Battle Bots Club The Robotics Club gives students the opportunity to explore engineering, teamwork, and computer science through hands-on experiences using VEX IQ Robotics. Members will design, build, test, and refine robots while strengthening problem-solving, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills. The club also helps students gain valuable experience and preparation for future robotics competition tryouts. Through structured challenges and open-ended design tasks, students will: Build and test Battle Bots and make iterations Program robots to navigate and escape a maze Apply the Engineering Design Process Learn foundational robotics coding concepts Robotics Club is perfect for students who enjoy building, creating, coding, and working as part of a team to solve exciting challenges.
