Cougar Advanced Setters Camp

Cougar Setters Camp will breakdown setting technique in all phases (transition, footwork, hands, release, jump setting etc.). In addition to setting, we’ll work on attacking from the front row and back row, defensive transition digging and serving. We’ll compete in between sessions to have some competitive fun! This camp is designed for those who are setters or are interested in enhancing setting position abilities. Campers may be designated to groups based upon age and/or ability. T-Shirt for all campers.

► What to bring: Gym Shoes, Knee pads, Water bottle, High Level Energy & Excitement!

► Location: Cougar Sports Center - University of Minnesota Morris

► Additional Information: REGISTER BY JULY 1ST to be guaranteed your camp shirt will be at camp! All registrations after July will still receive a shirt, but it will be mailed.

► Lunch is included in this camp between 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
