Event Description

Firebird Lacrosse Summer Camp

3 day, 2 night camp where participants will learn:

Skill Development: Enhance participants' lacrosse skills, including stickhandling, shooting, passing, and defensive techniques.

Game Strategies: Teach advanced game strategies and tactics, such as offensive and defensive sets, transition play, and man-up/man-down situations.

Physical Conditioning: Improve participants' physical fitness and endurance through drills and exercises tailored to lacrosse.

Exposure: Provide participants with exposure to college lacrosse coaches and players, fostering connections and networking opportunities.
