Defense changes momentum! The Lynchburg Defensive Camp is built for athletes who want to become tougher, more disciplined, and more confident defenders at the net and in the back court.

Train with the Lynchburg Volleyball coaching staff while focusing on blocking footwork, hand positioning, reading hitters, and digging with purpose. Athletes will get high-rep, game-like reps in a competitive, high-energy environment that rewards effort, discipline, and communication.
