Time, Stress, & Balance
Led by Dr. Chris Putnam
camp connects practical time management strategies with an understanding of how stress and the nervous system affect focus, productivity, and performance. Campers will explore how their bodies respond to pressure and develop techniques to regulate stress, manage their time more effectively, and maintain balance between school, activities, and life.

Learning Objectives:
Objective 1: : Time Management Strategies Students will learn time management techniques and tools to balance academic commitments, extracurricular activities, and personal time.
Objective 2: Understanding Stress and Self-Regulation Students will understand how their nervous system responds to stress and develop strategies to regulate their responses for improved focus, decision-making, and overall performance.
