Event Description

Marymount University Wrestling

Summer Camp II

Push the boundaries of your wrestling ability by joining us this summer at Marymount University and experience Wrestling Prep under the guidance of camp director Carolyn Wester and Marymount’s wrestling coaching staff. Our camp offers a transformative experience where athletes learn to master body control and apply map-based movement techniques. These skills are crucial in overcoming the best body positions your competitors can present, providing a foundation that will set a foundation for your wrestling career for years to come. Our innovative approach to movement and training has led the way for years, consistently distinguishing us within the sport.

Immerse yourself (or your athlete) in an intensive training program in Body Leveraging. Our program this summer is designed to offer continuity and in-depth learning, ensuring you get the most out of your time with us. Overnight accommodations this summer will be in the University of Marymount dormitories, with meals provided by the university’s food services.
