Southern Top 100 Lacrosse Combine

The Southern Top 100 Lacrosse Combine aims to provide a top-notch evaluation and exposure experience for southern lacrosse players while connecting them with college coaches. The event offers personalized coaching from some of the best college coaches and evaluations from leading strength and conditioning professionals, focusing on speed, quickness, and strength testing.

Players undergo various tests, including the 40-yard dash, shuttles, vertical jumps, and shot speed, alongside basic height and weight measurements. Unlike other events that prioritize games, this Combine emphasizes quality coaching interactions. It begins with a college-level practice to show players what a true college practice entails. Competitive games follow, allowing players to apply their skills in front of different coaches.
