Event Description

Saint Francis University Soccer Camps

High School Team Camp

The SFU High School Team Camp is designed for high school teams wanting to maximize their preparations for the upcoming high school season. The camp is open to boys and girls teams. Teams will play matches against teams of the same gender. The camp will include 5 field sessions: 3 training sessions and 2 matches. GK training will be available at each training session. All sessions will be led by current college coaches.
All teams will get a Team Building Session as a part of the camp.  

Add-On: DARI Motion Capture Athleticism Assessment.

  • Most injuries in sports can be prevented with the proper functional ability and training program. Using the latest technology, we can assess your athletic readiness, including your explosiveness, functionality, and vulnerability to injury to provide guidance on an individualized training plan to reduce injury risk and increase your athletic performance. 

The camp includes meals in SFU’s all-you-can-eat cafeteria. Each camper will receive an SFU camp t-shirt. 

There is a commuter and residential option for teams. For the residential option, teams will stay in SFU’s residence hall. One coach or chaperone is required to stay in the residence hall with the team. The coach or chaperone must be the same gender as the team. The coach or chaperone staying overnight is free.  

A team must have at least 13 players and a maximum of 20 players. Teams can consist of Varsity and/or JV players. Schools can register multiple teams if they desire.
