Appalachian State Women's Soccer
Spring ID Camp
Experience a day of elite training and instruction from App State coaches and players. Our camp is designed for girls from 8th-12th grade and college transfers who want to train and be evaluated in a college-like environment. Sessions will include technical and tactical instruction, competitive games, and our unique mental skills training from the App State Women's Soccer staff. All field sessions will include goalkeeper specific training and instruction.

skill level (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
