Elite Camp

Session I focuses on the foundation of the game: serving, passing, ball control, and defense. Campers will break down essential techniques such as eye work, footwork, and platform positioning, developing the skills needed to read, plan, and execute effectively in game situations.

Session II emphasizes net play, including attacking and blocking. Campers will learn proper technique and positioning while exploring a variety of game scenarios. Skills are broken down and practiced in context to help players apply them confidently during matches.

** All-Skills Integration: Every session incorporates a variety of skills to ensure campers develop as well-rounded players. Campers leave each day understanding how to connect individual skills to team play, improving both technique and decision-making. As such, activities and focuses may be adjusted to best fit the group and maximize learning.
