Team Camp

Coaches: Please email us at info@illinoisvbcamps.com to inquire about registering your team(s) for Team Camp.

Players/Parents: All players must register in order to participate in camp. However, your Coach must register for your team before you can register. If your Team does not appear in the "Team" drop-down during registration, your team has not yet registered.

Team Camp is a three-day, immersive experience for Varsity and JV teams designed to develop athletes both on and off the court. Participants receive expert instruction from Illinois coaches, alumni, and current players in sessions covering skill development, offensive and defensive systems, and position- specific training. Off-court sessions focus on nutrition, strength and conditioning, sports psychology, and team culture, giving athletes tools to improve performance and build cohesion. Teams also compete in a tournament, providing a game-like environment to apply new skills and gain insight into lineups, rotations, and team chemistry.
