SOUTHERN WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY CAMPS
The camp will consist of 4 days of high intensity and structured technical work, competition, conditioning and games. Players will circuit through challenging topic specific stations, allowing for maximum touches and repetitions in focused areas of the game. Training groups will be assigned and consistent with ability and age. Players will be given a written evaluation by technical staff at end of camp.
- Technical skill development, including: dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control techniques and more.
- The 1 v 1 and 2 v 2 duels, including attacking and defending principles.
- Conditioning and speed and agility concepts and training.
- Small sided competitive games.
- Large sided games, tactical development and training.

- For teams (at least 10 players), we are going to open it up for any boys or girls teams from ages 8 to HS age (17/18). They will be working, as a team, with a College level Coach for the duration of camp.
