Appalachian State Volleyball

Skills Camps

1st Contacts - This camp is designed to train athletes in the following 1st contact skills (passing, serving, digging). Participants will spend extensive time utilizing drills that we do in our gym to cover these areas of the game. It is highly recommended that campers wear elbow and knee pads.
