Appalachian State Volleyball

Skills Camps

Setting Camp - Setting camp is designed to train participants how to set at this level. Camp will teach setters proper use of hands, feet, wrists, and body movements necessary to set at a high level. We will also introduce strategic elements and spend extensive time teaching how tempo influences the game.
