Appalachian State Volleyball

Elite Overnight Camp

Elite camp is an overnight camp for middle school and high school players that are looking for intermediate to advanced training. Campers will select their position they want to train in at registration. There will be a limit by position for HS and MS. Camp will utilize training sessions in the beginning to train campers by their position of choice. Throughout the camp we will formulate teams and compete in team drills where campers will remain in their position and train in game-like situations. High school and middle school will be separated for the entire camp.
