These individual skills set camps are geared for 12–18-year-old young women looking to gain more training specifically in passing, defense, and serving. This camp will allow individuals to train in the Alabama Volleyball program alongside coaching staff and players. This camp will include the training session and a camp t-shirt. Please bring a bagged lunch/snacks.
This camp is for any skill-level. Athletes will focus on passing mechanics, serve-receive foundations, footwork, and court positioning. This progression develops an athlete’s ability to defend the court and increase the opportunity to create offense. athletes will also work on serving techniques focusing on arm-swing mechanics, hand contact, footwork, and how to generate velocity along with accuracy.

Refund Policy:
For individual players, a full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be provided to registrants who request a refund in writing 1-week prior to the start of camp. Registrants who request a refund in writing inside of the week of camp will be provided a full refund minus a $100 deposit. No refund will be given if a written request is not received before the day of camp. Individuals required to depart due to a positive test, symptoms, or quarantine/isolation protocols are not entitled to a refund from UA.
