Specialist Technique Camp

This camp is for 6th, 7th graders, and 8th graders, as well as 9th-12th grade prospective student-athletes, including College Transfers* focusing on kicking, punting and long-snap development.

*Student-athletes from other four-year institutions must be in the NCAA Transfer Portal in order to attend. Current University of Maryland student-athletes may not participate.

Helmets and pads are not needed – just a shirt, athletic shorts, and a pair of gym shoes and cleats. Hydration stations will be available, but we advise bringing your own water bottle as well. University of Maryland Football staff members will be lead instructors of the camp with the support of guest college coaches. Campers will be divided by age, size, and ability to ensure that all drills are conducted safely, and will be supervised by coaches and athletic trainers at all times.

Check-in/Registration will open in front of the Jones-Hill House at 12:00pm, and close at 1:00pm.

Camp will end at approximately 4:00pm. Detailed information to follow once registered.

Parking is strictly enforced by the Department of Transportation Services. Free parking is available in Lots Z and 1, located between the Jones-Hill House outdoor practice fields and Ludwig Field (soccer). PAID garage parking, Union Lane Garage (adjacent to Jones-Hill House) or Stadium Drive Garage (endzone of SECU Stadium) is available via ParkMobile. All other LOTS are permit only, and NOT available for parking on this date. Non-permit holders will be ticketed.
