UW Stout - Women's Flag Football Camps
High School Flag Football Camp | Grades 9th - 12th
Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and UW-Stout is helping lead the way. With great coaches and a proven system that led UW-Stout’s Flag Football team to a Regional Championship in 2025, our camps will give female athletes the skills, confidence, and support to push the game forward. Campers will work on fundamental football skills including passing, catching, route running, flag pulling, footwork, and offensive and defensive positioning.
Our camp is open to all high school girls who are interested in the sport, regardless of whether their school currently offers a girl’s flag football program.

Equipment Needed:
- Tennis Shoes for indoor rubber surface
- Cleats for outdoor artificial turf
- Workout Clothes (Short, T-Shirt)
- Water Bottle
