Who

ALL Youth and High School level wrestlers (K-12).
No experience needed!

What

NWC wrestlers will learn Freestyle, Greco, and Folkstyle. NWC Coaches will travel to corner NWC athletes at the following SC USA Wrestling Events upon request:

May/June/July - Sundays 5:30pm-7:00pm

Month of May 
May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th – Week 8-11

Cost

May/June/July - $49 per month ($40 + $9 Fees)
(Must have a current USA Wrestling Membership Card)

Don’t want to join in a long-term capacity? No problem!
Walk-ups are welcome at $10 per practice.

Meet Your Coaches

John Parker

Coach Parker is currently a redshirt junior at Newberry College. He is a 2024 NCAA Super Region II Champion and NCAA Qualifier (197lbs). He has been ranked as high as #6 in the nation during the 2024-2025 season. He serves on the student- athlete Advisory Committee at Newberry College with Coach Reed.

Prior to Newberry College, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years. He is from Yulee, Florida where he went to Yulee High School.
