Baseball Pitching & Catching Camp
BONUS CAMPS - 2 day camp for CONTINUING development
2nd year for a dedicated Catchers Camp, alongside the Pitching Camp.
Catchers will focus on the core fundamentals—receiving, stances, blocking, throwing patterns/mechanics, and more.
Pitching Camp will emphasize delivery, pitching mechanics, and efficient execution of pitches. Daily instruction will include pitch grips, proper warm-up routines, stretching, and understanding the kinetic chain. Both camps are run in a small-group setting to maximize individual attention.
