Camp Features
- High-level, hands-on coaching for athletes in grades 9-12 and JUCO
- Fundamental football skills
- Position specific drills
- Exposure from college coaches working at the FBS, FCS, DII, and DIII levels.

Camp will be divided into two separate sessions based off position:
- Skill = QB, RB, WR, TE, DB, LB
- Bigs = OL/DL (OLB or Hybrids that are pass rushers)
*Optional Speed Training Camp - $30
- This 45-minute Speed Camp is designed to prepare athletes to perform their best at a football prospect camp. We will address mobility and flexibility to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness before testing. Athletes will learn proper 40-yard dash stance, shin angles, and start mechanics to maximize acceleration. We will then progress through targeted speed drills emphasizing posture, projection, and force application to prime the nervous system. The goal is simple: move efficiently, apply force correctly, and execute the 40 with confidence. This session ensures athletes step into the prospect camp warm, technically sound, and ready to showcase their speed.
**We will not have any kicking showcase this year. Email for a specialist workout**
Facilities
Estes Stadium, home of the UCA Bears, and the Indoor Practice Facility will be the site for the instructional sessions. An all access view of the UCA Football program and the UCA campus will be made available.
What To Bring
Water Bottle, T-Shirts, Athletic Shorts, Athletic Socks. Cleats are Required.
