*Optional Speed Training Camp - $30

• This 45-minute Speed Camp is designed to prepare athletes to perform their best at a football prospect camp. We will address mobility and flexibility to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness before testing. Athletes will learn proper 40-yard dash stance, shin angles, and start mechanics to maximize acceleration. We will then progress through targeted speed drills emphasizing posture, projection, and force application to prime the nervous system. The goal is simple: move efficiently, apply force correctly, and execute the 40 with confidence. This session ensures athletes step into the prospect camp warm, technically sound, and ready to showcase their speed.

Facilities

Estes Stadium, home of the UCA Bears, and the Indoor Practice Facility will be the site for the instructional sessions. An all access view of the UCA Football program and the UCA campus will be made available.
