Day One of Camp
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Check-in Registration

Train to Win Daily Schedule Blocks
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM | New Technique Instruction
- 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM | Breakfast
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Drilling Technique
- 12:45 PM - 1:30 PM | Lunch
- 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM | Sparring, Situational Drilling, Live Wrestling
- 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM | Dinner
- 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Conditioning, Strength, Mindset, or Video Review
- 9:30 PM | Bed Checks & Counselor Journal Reviews
- 10:30 PM | Lights Out (Anyone out of the building will be expelled from camp!)
