RMN Train to Win Camps

Train to Win Flex Camp

Build technique, discipline, and wrestling IQ

Focus on scoring efficiency, hand-fighting, and positioning fundamentals

$100 per additional day

Day One of Camp

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM | New Technique Instruction
  • 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM | Breakfast
  • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Drilling Technique
  • 12:45 PM - 1:30 PM | Lunch
  • 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM | Sparring, Situational Drilling, Live Wrestling
  • 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM | Dinner
  • 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Conditioning, Strength, Mindset, or Video Review
  • 9:30 PM | Bed Checks & Counselor Journal Reviews
  • 10:30 PM | Lights Out (Anyone out of the building will be expelled from camp!)
