SETTERS:

• Fundamental Setting Technique – Learn the correct hand positioning, footwork, and body alignment to deliver consistent, accurate sets.
• Basic Decision-Making – Understand how to read the defense and make smart choices about which hitter to set.
• Communication Skills – Practice clear, confident calls and signals to help your team stay organized.
• Court Awareness – Learn to anticipate where the ball will go, where your teammates are, and how to move efficiently on every play.
• Building Confidence – Develop the mental focus and composure needed to run the offense smoothly, even under pressure.

MIDDLES:

• Fundamental Blocking Technique – Learn footwork, hand positioning, and timing to block effectively and consistently.
• Basic Hitting Mechanics – Develop proper approach, swing, and arm technique to attack efficiently and safely.
• Transition Fundamentals – Practice moving quickly from defense to offense while staying balanced and ready.
• Court Awareness – Understand how to read setters, anticipate attacks, and position yourself to help the team.
• Building Physical & Mental Foundations – Improve agility, strength, and focus so you can perform every skill reliably.
