Outdoor & Adventure Camp

Outdoor & Adventure Camp: Grades 1st - 5th
Join Ms. Jackson & Mrs. Alissa for a hands-on, movement-rich outdoor week of summer! We will be offering 4 different sessions this summer. Weeks 2, 3, 5, & 6. This camp will blend outdoor learning, physical activity, garden harvesting and tasting, and creative exploration to help kids stay active, curious, and connected to nature during the summer months. Students will need to bring a packed lunch, but small snacks will be provided each day as well as any materials for crafts and activities. We will plan to be outdoors as much as possible, but will have an indoor space in case the weather is not ok for outdoor activities.

More about what to expect:

  • Outdoor Learning: Nature-based games, observation, journaling, and simple science explorations, creek investigations.
  • Movement & Wellness: Yoga, cooperative games, mindfulness, hiking, and fitness.
  • Creative Play: Art with natural materials, storytelling, and reflection.
  • Social Skills: Team challenges, leadership opportunities, and inclusive play.

What to bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Outdoor shoes/ clothing for adventures and fun
  • Packed lunch
  • A towel (will be used for a sit spot, yoga mat, or to dry off from a bit of water fun!)
  • Please pre-apply sunscreen If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms. Jackson. We cant wait to adventure with you!

Max of 50 participants.
