Position Specific Fundamentals and Development

Advanced instruction on all aspects of position, including footwork, mechanics, and fundamental techniques. Players will work in small groups to receive both fundamental and developmental instruction. To fully sharpen your skills on both sides of the ball, we highly encourage multi-position athletes to register for both sessions.

Metrics and Evaluation

Athletes will be recorded in metrics commonly assessed by college coaches, such as 40 yd dash, proagility, l-drill, broad jump, and more. As a courtesy, all athletes will receive a scorecard after the event with the metrics that were recorded by the coaches.

Recruitment Seminar

The coaches will lead a discussion with athletes and their families that cover topics like: NCAA Recruiting Rules, How to Promote Yourself, What Coaches Look For, What to Expect Playing College Athletics, and more.
