2026 Freestyle & Greco Rules Clinic

Prepare for the international styles season with a focused rules clinic followed by a live training session at Life University.

Veteran officials Kenny Cook and Nolan Meadors II will lead a comprehensive Freestyle and Greco rules clinic, covering scoring criteria, passivity, par terre, exposure points, step-outs, and key rule interpretations that directly impact match outcomes. This session is designed to give athletes and coaches a clear understanding of how matches are officiated so they can compete with confidence.

Immediately following the clinic, high school athletes are invited to participate in a combined Freestyle and Greco practice led by Lucha RTC Director Tre Horton and Club Lucha Head Coach Erique Early. Athletes will break into style-specific training segments, focusing on positioning, mat strategy, and live situations in both styles.

Practice participation is limited to 60 high school athletes and is offered at no cost. USA Wrestling card is required for the practice but not for the clinic. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot.
