This high-intensity session is designed for outside hitters, right sides, and middle attackers who want to become more dynamic, terminal scorers. Athletes will focus on:

• Approach mechanics and tempo work
• Arm swing efficiency and power generation
• Shot selection (seam, high hands, tooling, tips)
• Transition footwork and attacking out of system
• Reading the block and making smart offensive decisions

Players will get a high volume of game-like reps with feedback on timing, vision, and consistency. Expect fast-paced drills, competitive scoring, and a focus on becoming a reliable point-scorer.
