The GW Elite ID Clinic, operated by Matt Watts Soccer Academy at GW Men’s Soccer, is a 2-day, 3-session, non-residential clinic designed for serious prospective student-athletes who aspire to play soccer at the collegiate level and who are specifically interested in The George Washington University.

This Elite ID Clinic provides participants with a unique opportunity to train, compete, and be evaluated within the GW Men’s Soccer environment. Players will work directly with the GW coaching staff through college-style training sessions, small-sided games, and full 11v11 match play, allowing staff to observe players in realistic training and competitive settings.

The clinic is structured to mirror the demands of the collegiate game and is intended for players seeking a deeper understanding of what is required to compete at the NCAA level. Sessions may include technical and tactical training, competitive match play, goalkeeper-specific training, and opportunities to showcase soccer IQ, athleticism, and mentality alongside peers with similar goals

In addition to on-field sessions, participants will gain insight into the collegiate soccer experience through exposure to the GW program and an NCAA informational component, designed to educate prospective student-athletes on the recruiting process and college soccer landscape.

The GW Elite ID Clinic is an excellent opportunity for motivated players to challenge themselves in a collegiate training environment, receive instruction from college coaches, and evaluate whether GW and NCAA soccer is the right fit for their future.
