Stout Gymnastics Academy
Spring Sessions
Coached by the Blue Devils Gymnastics Team!
SGA winter sessions will take place from March 30th - May 5th on Mondays and Tuesdays. The classes will be offered by age. This is a great way for young athletes to build strength, coordination, and mobility for any sport they may want to try in the future. Our goals with each practice are to have fun, learn new drills and skills, and develop a love for gymnastics! Girls and boys are welcome!

General Expectations
- Please arrive in a leotard or athletic clothes. A leotard if possible, otherwise fitted shorts/leggings and top. Please no jeans, zippers, or baggy shirts.
- Long hair pulled away from face
- Bring a water bottle to each practice (no glass, please!)
