Glenwood High School Sports Camps
Pole Vault Camp (Co-Ed)
This specialized track camp will focus extensively on the development of pole vaulting skills. Camp participants will spend time going over all phases of the vault with an emphasis on getting as many full vaults as possible. Vaulters should bring poles if they have them but we will provide poles as best we can. Campers should also bring water bottles, running shoes and spikes if they have them. Spikes are not necessary.
