During your Pitcher/Catcher session, the pitchers and catchers will be split up to get work with coaches separately.
Catchers will be doing drills, working on their catching defense, get timed throws and arm speed.
Pitchers will do pitch specific drills and throw all pitches full. Coaches will move around the field during this time where ONLY pitchers and catchers are in action.
Final part session: Catchers and pitchers will come back together, and the pitchers will be throwing full speed to the catchers and the College Coaches can give feedback.
Offensive Session: Hitting, Hitting, and More Hitting.
Coaches will teach their favorite hitting drills. Campers will rotate through every station and be seen by all coaches. The last part of the offensive session will allow hitters to hit front toss and show off their skills while coaches watch and give feedback.
Defensive Session: Defense wins championships.
This session is only for infielders and outfielders. Infielders and outfielders will be divided during this session. Infield will get lots of drills for their specific positions, get lots of ground balls, and do full infield defense. Outfield will get lots of drill work and fly balls. The last part of the defensive session will combine the groups for full team defense.
