Not only will they learn drills to take home to improve skills, they will have sessions that cover fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, academic advising, sports psychology and much more.
On the field, campers will gain insight from coaches on individual skill instruction, positional play, base running, team defense as well as live games. Campers will be challenged both physically and mentally to take their game to the next level. Campers will receive a Duke Softball Camp T-shirt. This is a great camp to learn and show your skills in live games with Trackman data, amongst other elite players while gaining instruction from college coaches at other different colleges and universities.
