2026 WG Futures Baseball Camp

WHAT IS WG FUTURES?
WG Futures is the foundation of the Webster Groves High School Baseball feeder system. This program is for incoming 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students interested in playing Webster Groves High School baseball in the future.

WG Futures is not a full-time team. Players are expected to continue playing on full-time teams elsewhere. The focus is development, connection, and preparation.

June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th; July 6th, 13th
Incoming Grades: 5th - 8th
Practice Times:
Incoming 5th–6th graders| 5:00pm–6:30pm
incoming 7th–8th graders | 6:30pm–8:00pm
Cost: $231
($229 + $2 Fees)

PRACTICE DATES at Kopplin Field
June: 1 (Including parent sessions), 8, 15, 22, 29
July: 6, 13, (Additional practices leading up to the Middle School Classic).

WHO SHOULD SIGN UP?

  • Incoming 5th–8th grade students who  currently play on a committed full time baseball team ( Junior Statesmen, Club teams ect..) If you are interested and unsure please do not hesitate to reach out and we will talk about your specific situation. 
  • Players interested in Webster Groves High School baseball
  • Families looking for development, guidance, and connection

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • One night per week summer practices led by WGHS coaching staff
  • Introduction to Webster Groves Baseball systems and expectations
  • Participation in the Middle School Classic or potential additional local tournaments (late July) - Every participant will be invited to be part of a tournament team, however, it is a competitive tournament  and skill level and experience will be taken into account when determining playing time.
  • Tournament playing time does NOT determine future high school roles
  • Parent meetings and family development support
