Appalachian State Field Hockey

Summer ID Camp

Experience a day of elite training and instruction from App State coaches and players. Our camp is designed for girls from 8th-12th grade who want to train and improve their hockey skills. Sessions will include technical and tactical instruction and competitive games. Field sessions will also include goalkeeper specific training and instruction. All of our sessions will be taken from what we do everyday at practice, giving a true feel of what App State Field Hockey is all about! Bring a packed lunch and hangout at the field during your break or grab lunch at any of the great local spots in town. On day one of camp we will also provide an optional campus tour. We are looking forward to having you join us this July in Boone!
