Schreiner University Summer String Camp

Set in the new Summerlin Music Building on the Schreiner University campus in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, the Schreiner Summer String Camp features outstanding camp faculty as well as the following activities:

Three orchestras: Chamber Orchestra, String Orchestra, Prelude Strings
Guitar Ensemble
Daily sectionals/technique classes for each ensemble
Electives: Region/All-State Orchestra coaching, chamber music, songwriting/audio production, fiddling & improvisation

Event Registration Details
July 20th - 24th, 2026 Day Camp (Commuter Only)
Who: Grades 2nd - 12th Must have at least one year of experience on their instrument Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Students bring brown bag lunch each day Cost: $245 ($225 + $20 Fees)
