Event Description

Middletown Girls Basketball Camp

Daily instruction from a dedicated camp staff of coaches and high school players with strong emphasis on the following skills:

  • Defensive Stance and Footwork
  • Shooting Form
  • Passing Form
  • Closeouts, boxouts and rebounding
  • Triple Threat
  • Offensives moves to the basket
  • Ball handling
  • 3v3/4v4, 5v5 competitive games
  • Free Throw, Hot Spot, Dribbling Competitions
