A waiver must be completed before camper participates. The waiver will be available on the day of the camp.

Refunds
Processing fees are non-refundable. Athletics general foundation account will receive 10% of all camp profits to support general Calhoun Athletics needs.

We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE participants to consider the camp insurance option.
*Registration protection from Allianz Global Assistance is offered for this event. Registration protection can provide protection for lost registration fees when a participant has to cancel or leave the event for a reason protected by the plan. Protected reasons for event cancellation or interruption include protected injury or illness to the participant or a close family member, certain family employment issues, transportation delays, military/family/legal obligations and weather emergencies among other reasons. If you elect to purchase Registration protection for this event and are not able to attend due to a reason protected by the plan, you must file a claim with Allianz Global Assistance.
