Open to: High School Field Hockey Athletes Time: 8:30am - 10:00am Grade: 9th - 12th Cost: $60 |
Each session will include a warm-up, skills training, and tactical development. Athletes need to come prepared and ready to perform. Sessions will encourage the high school age athlete to grow and evolve as an individual within the group training. Coaches will be leading the sessions and gearing the content to match the level.
